• Pick up a program application from KCHDC • Attend a REACH Homebuyer Education Class prior to loan closing • You have 90 days after written approval to close on your home • You must have $500 of your own money • You must be able to obtain a conventional loan from an approved lender • Your income must be at or below the following guidelines:
	1 person $30,500 2 persons $34,350 3 persons $38,650 4 persons $42,950 5 persons $46,400
