Do you have funds available to assist with down payment and closing cost?
Answer: KCHDC has homebuyer assistance available through the availability of a revolving loan fund. Homebuyers have an opportunity to access the funds on hand, with the maximum of $5,000 allowed per homeowner.

Are there special requirements for your down payment and

The programs we offer are detailed on our down
payment / closing cost funding page. It provides a list of
requirements for each program. Please contact
our office and we can assist you in finding the right type
of funding.
